Nassau, The Bahamas

Nassau, The Bahamas, is just a short flight from most major Florida airports like Orlando and Miami International Airports.  It is truly a beautiful place to visit in terms of turquoise waters, white sandy beaches, and traditional Caribbean vistas.

Nassau features several beautiful hotels to accommodate visitors.  Particularly famous is The Atlantis, an incredible sprawling resort featuring a casino, aquarium, and full-blown water park on property.  The Ocean Club is just down the road and plays host to Michael Jordan's annual golf tournament.

Like other beach-oriented destinations, the watersports are abundant.  Visitors can have a wide range of access to jet skis, para-sailing, and the like.  Nightlife is in abundance both within the resorts and off-property.  Clubs like The Zoo and The Waterloo are staples in the famous nightlife atmosphere.

Gambling is legal on the island and is a big draw to tourists.
